Shop ‘n’ Share is designed to make life more convenient for all the wonderful supporters looking after parents, neighbours, and vulnerable people in self-isolation.

Designed by Ricki, who doesn’t shop, to help his mum Shirley who loves to shop, you can create a shopping list based on leading supermarket products which is held in a virtual basket and then shared with your savvy shopper hero who can then use the list to do the shopping without having to make choices and saving time.

No money is exchanged and approximate prices are provided as a guide to how much the shopping bill is likely to be. Prices are compiled on a daily basis but are subject to change and there is no affiliation with any supermarkets.

If delivery is not an option from your store then plan ahead and look up the store to see what kind of infection control practices they are using. (Handing out hand sanitizer, wipes and observing the 2 metre rule)

Respect shopping hours for key workers & the vulnerable

Shop alone if possible, not in groups

Only buy essential things, DO NOT BULK BUY

Clean your hands for at least 20 seconds

Sanitize your hands before going in to the store

If possible wear gloves while shopping and dispose of them afterwards

Avoid high touch areas

Wipe down your shopping basket handle

Pay by card if possible

Keep your social 2 metre distance from others

If you feel slightly sick, STAY AT HOME!

When delivering the shopping, leave it at the persons door and then step away, 2 metres

If possible, transfer the cash via internet banking.
